Halcyon’s Culture

Halcyon Molecular is a mission with a company, not the other way around. We value and cultivate the following principles:

What is it like to work at Halcyon?

  • Intense – Our interdisciplinary technology relies on scientific advancements in a number of different fields, which can initially be overwhelming but makes for an awesomely stimulating environment. Discussions can run late into the night and experiments run over the weekends.
  • Supportive – To help our employees focus we provide: meals, snacks, private space for work and rest, excellent administrative support, and an environment of lean, results-oriented bureaucracy.
  • Healthy and Playful – We provide healthy lunch, dinner and snacks on site. We practice yoga, play dodgeball, and have active meetings.
